When Did I First Start Using the Internet Regularly?

Definitely dabbled in the late-80s/early-90s with MUDs, Delphi, etc. Probably first used it regularly around 1990 with Prodigy, CompuServe and AOL (my parents were publishers and into trying out new stuff).
